In this rejuvenating experience, we will be incorporating a variety of essential oils into a gentle and restorative yoga practice. As we tap into our parasympathetic nervous system, we will release tensions in the body and allow for a gentle unfolding. Reiki and hot stones will be offered as we sink deeper into relaxation. We will use a variety of props (blankets, bolsters, eye pillows) to support the body and promote renewal. While comfortably lying in savasana, you will then be guided through a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation. During Yoga Nidra , we play the edge between wake and sleep where our body is at its most receptive. This makes for a lovely experience, moving from a doing state to a state of being.
